Here are some answers to frequently asked questions.

What should I do after I book my appointment?

For general notary services, be sure to bring a valid (unexpired), government-issued ID; bring your original documents and DO NOT sign ahead of your appointment. For loan signings, bring a valid (unexpired), government-issued ID, your loan officer will send your documents ahead of your appointment. Be sure to confirm if any settlement/closing fees will be collected during your appointment. For ink fingerprinting, be sure to bring a valid (unexpired), government-issued ID, you can bring your own FD-248 cards or we will provide two cards per session; avoid using excessive handwashing or the use of heavy lotions immediately before your appointment.

Do you charge extra to come to my location?

Yes. A travel fee will be included in your final cost at a base rate of $35.

Do you service after-hours or special clients?

Yes. After-hour appointments are any appointments scheduled outside of our normal business hours as included a base fee of $50. Special appointments can include hospitals, jails, nursing homes, etc. Please be sure to provide details on the type of special appointment you need.
