We will not deny services, charge different prices, or provide a different quality of service because you chose to exercise your rights. D — Right to Delete You have the right to request deletion of personal data we have collected about you, subject to certain legal exceptions. For example, we may be required to retain certain records under Maryland notary record-keeping laws, even after a deletion request is submitted. In such cases, we will inform you of the specific reason your data must be retained.

If we require additional time, we may extend the response period by an additional 45 days, provided that we notify you of the extension and the reason for it within the initial 45-day period. Consumers may submit up to two (2) requests per 12-month period at no cost. If we deny a request in whole or in part, we will provide a written explanation of the basis for the denial, along with information on how you may appeal our decision.
10. Children's Privacy Legally Stamped, LLC does not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13 without verifiable parental consent. MODPA extends heightened protections to all consumers under the age of 18, and we are committed to complying fully with these protections. We do not engage in practices that would target minors for data collection, advertising, or profiling. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a minor without appropriate authorization, we will take immediate steps to delete that data promptly. Parents or guardians who believe their child's personal data has been collected by Legally Stamped, LLC without proper consent should contact us immediately using the information provided in Section 12. We will promptly investigate and take appropriate action.
